Our core services revolve around Company fee based recruiting in the Medical and   Information Technology sector. Our MED AGENT service is a niche within our core business and is free to qualifying medical candidates.

As most processes have specific methodologies, so does successful interviewing. We will coach you through the critical stages of the process in preparing you for the interview through starting the job. We give you a crucial edge by preparing you for your interview, better enabling you to be a finalist, and we stay with you though the process until you have started your new job.

We work with hundreds of company hiring managers monthly and we know what gets candidates hired and what doesn’t. You benefit from our recruiting knowledge to gain an advantage over other candidates your interviewing against. Whether you secure the interview though us or on your own, we prepare you for the unseen pitfalls that usually derail interviews and offer letters.

What we’re not

We’re not therapists, we don’t want to know your life history, we’re not going to change your behavior and we’re not going to transform you into someone else.

What to expect

We work with candidates and clients nationwide and set a coaching schedule that meets the individual's needs. We easily work in person, via telephone and email. Our MED AGENT fees are based on an hourly rate of $100.00 per hour hour but are free to qualifying medical personnel.

We offer you a free 30 minute consultation free to see if you like us and if you meet our criteria for being coached. Unlike general career coaching services, our services are very specific and we’re able to help you reach your goal more quickly.   If we don’t feel we can be effective for you, we’ll tell you up front and try to point you in the right direction. Depending on whether you are job searching, interviewing, or managing multiple interviews and offers, the amount of time we spend together is relative to your desired results.
